Very limited basic functionality. Appears untested eg offers ability to remove a vehicle but it DOESN'T WORK. Days later, the selected vehicle still shows up. Offers no ability to show running account balance. Only offers 120 days of activity. No way to report problems / offer feedback Developers seem never to have worked as actual software engineers. Please join us in the 21st century.

This is is a 3rd party app from Pragmistic (NOT E-ZPass MA). If you have problems with it, E-ZPass MA cannot help. Use the E-ZPass MA website instead. It's optimized for mobile and works perfectly on a phone. That said, the app is easy to use, but unpredictable. For example, I used it to add a rental car. When my 1st toll was not posted, I checked the rental info and corrected a mistake. It also reset the rental start/end dates/times. Other times my changes were not saved.

The app is useless unless u want to add money to transponder. Otherwise dont bother with it. You will not be able to manage things like pay by plate. Your better off just logging in on the website.
